i get a small dry rash on the side of my face every time i wash my face or touch latex. i am allergic to latex. every time i get this rash it gets bigger and bigger. Also the medicine i used the time before to get rid of it does not work anymore. so far, i have used Wal-dryl anti itch cream, Vaseline, Proactive oil free moisture, Cortizone 10, Mupirocin (perscribed) Eucerine calming cream, Estee Lauder Hydrationist, and estee lauder resilience lift extreem. everytime i go to the doctors they tell me its eczma, and perscibe corizone 10 or mupirocin. I cant afford a dermitoligist and my insurance does not cover it. it does not itch it just gets very dry and uncomfortable. i have it all over my face all the time but on the right or left side on my lips it gets the worst. i have some acne that i cant get rid of because everytime i wash my face i get a new rash. i am a 14 year old girl and ive had this problem my entire life but the past 3 or 4 years its been the worst. it makes me feel unsure about myself and it lowers my self esteem. i just dont know what to do anymore! if you have any idea what this might be, please comment! or if u have any idea how to treat this, please comment! thank you.

Buying tickets for Vans Warped Tour?
On the VWT website, it says that I can pre-order starting April 1st. I heard you can get them for about $20. I searched up other sites and it seems like I can buy them NOW from tickettango.com and prices range from $58-$243 depending on which section you want to be at. I live in NC by the way so i will be going to the warped tour in Charlotte. If any of you have been to warped tour and purchased tickets online, should I buy my ticket from the official VWT site or get it from somewhere else?? and if I do end up getting it from the warped tour site for under $50, does that mean i wont be close to the stage at all?? Because I want to be close to it as possible.
2002 Kia spectra transmission nightmare. PLEASE HELP?
Okay. first things first. About a week ago, the car started driving odd. It would feel like it wouldn't go past 3rd gear, even at 60mph.... I could get it to switch into the next gear by gunning it a little bit, then it would go up as it wound down a bit. Then, a few days ago, I was coming home from work and got on the toll road and noticed that it was NOT coming out of 3rd gear at all. Then the check engine light came on. I knew to immediately get off the highway and take slower side roads. I got to an Autozone, had the codes read and checked the transmission fluid levels. The codes were p1529 and p0763, which were "solenoid c electrical problem" and the standard code for the transmission to get the engine light to come on. So, I took it to a transmission shop to get diagnosed. they said solenoid replacement for $400. Trying to save money and help a friend out (first mistake) we let a friend do it. First mishap, he THOUGHT he checked the solenoid c and said it was fine, cleaned out the filter, etc, etc.... Went to drive it a short while later (after he left of course - second mistake) and it was doing the same thing. On to the next day... He came back, took it apart more, then realized he hadn't checked the solenoid C at all. He hadn't even pulled that one out in the first place! So, off to the transmission parts place and bought the full kit, with all new solenoids. Next day.... He comes back, pulls the full valve body out and checks the correct solenoid and lo and behold, it was bad!! Then of course, being Murphy's law, the kit he had bought on FRIDAY was the wrong one and the transmission parts place was closed as now it's Saturday. A solenoid is hard to find for a Kia on a Saturday, so off to the junkyard we go to get a whole new (to us) valve body and installed it. All seemed well til we took it for a spin. Now, it won't come out of drive. Won't go into reverse, won't go into park. We had to turn it off to put it in neutral and back it out of the auto parts lot (we checked the fluid levels). It will go into park, but only as it's still rev ving. now, we're at a loss. the guy who "fixed" it is now saying it's the computer and we can get a $30 part to bypass something or another. I wouldn't hear it. I told him there is no way that's what it is. And basically made sure he left the old valve body and parts and told him to go. Now, what in the heck are we going to do?? A friend says that he should have never touched the solenoids with bare hands, which he did. I am frustrated and at my wits ends.... I don't have a lot of money to put into a $2500 car. Is there anyone out there who might have come across something similar? Please?!?!

What can I do if my mother is trying to file me on her taxes?
I am 21 years old and she does not take care of me what so ever! when I was under age there was a court order for her to keep me insured with health insurance which she cut off against the court order while I was still under age and she is supposed to help me with college according to the court order but she refuses. Now she is trying to file me as a dependent on her taxes to get money. I told her no but I believe she is still going to do it. is there a way for me to know if she did if she happens to do it? If she does, what can i do legally against her so that she can not have the money. I don't want the money but she is a horrible deadbeat and deserves NOTHING!!!

It seems like the amount of pit butt attacks/deaths are rising every day. In Charlotte, (where I live) a 5 year old girl was murdered by two pit bulls because the owners failed to keep them chained or fenced in or whatever. A horse was minding its own business when it was attacked by two pit bulls, and the horse's owner saw it and had a heart attack. Those are just a few I've heard of, but really. It seems like it's always pit bulls that you hear about attacking people and animals. I mean, when was the last time you heard about a Labrador or a Beagle killing a child? My mom and I were talking about it and agreed that pit bulls shouldn't be kept as house pets because they are attack dogs and owners a lot of the time fail to properly train them, and as a result they are hurting people. They just don't seem like good house pets. What do you think? If you own a pit bull, feel free to tell me otherwise.

2006 Cadillac CTS with passenger side front end damage?
My boyfriend and I were in a wreck Friday. There's damage to the passenger side only. The passenger side front panel (wheel area) was damaged (caved in). The airbags did NOT deploy. The passenger side door will barely open. I was wondering does anyone know if this damage can be fixed or will the insurance people total the car? I am hoping it can be fixed. Estimates would be greatly appreciated.

I was issued a 39-4:123 last night in NJ (illegal left turn) I looked online the ticket is 3 points. If i plead guilty then my insurance will be thru the roof and ill probably be dropped ( I am a 17 yr old guy) Ive had my license for about 8 months was never stopped, and never issued a warning, I got pulled over at 12:30 and the curfew is 11. officer did not mention this and did not report any restrictions on my ticket. Colleges don't have age limits; kids have graduated from college at 13 or younger. But if you graduate in Jan, then you can't start in Jan, so you could start during a summer session if the school offers it, or in the fall instead if they don't. It's not an age thing, it's a scheduling thing.

Person keeps calling me; how do I stop it?
For about 4 months now I get calls from what sounds like an older Spanish speaking woman. I get about 5-10 calls a week. I've said "wrong number" countless times, I've screamed, cursed, threatened, you name it. Still won't stop calling me. I have this person on auto-reject on my phone, but it doesn't always work and I'll get voicemails occasionally. It doesn't offend me, I was offended when the last time I was in the hospital and was asked my religion I said Atheist and the nurse who was on duty and taking my information told me that I was incorrect and that no one is an atheist and she was going to put Catholic down as my religion.
Insurance Co. changed PCP without my consent?
The health plan I am on the Plan changed my PCP without my consent and I did not find this out until I went to an appt. I then went to the New PCP and she refused to prescribe as she does not believe in prescribing certain meds. Now I am out of the Meds and my original PCP can't legally prescribe until I get switched back on March 1 . It is only Feb 12 . Is this legal for my treatment to be abruptly stopped. Who needs to answer to this. ?

Why does my car shakes a lot at the first 15 minutes after it get started?
Hey, I have a Hyundai Getz 1.4L 2006 Auto! When I start it up in the morning it shakes like hell and it keeps shaking for 15 minutes while I drive it and then it becomes as smooth as it was new!! I know it is very weird. And it does that every time I don't start it for more than 4 hours! When I put it on Reverse the shaking almost goes away! lol...plzz help :S

I got a 94 ranger from a buddy it was sitting for about 7 months when we started it it started right up but now every morning the battery is dead i had it checked at auto zone and they said my battery and alternator are great so i was told there was a short so i took the cables off at night and put them on in the morning and the battery wasn't drained and started right up it only does this over night it will be fine for 4 hour periods off being off so i dont know i was also told it could be the voltage regulator i have no idea if some one could help that would be great thank you

How to fix error 13 on xbox original?
I tried softmodding an xbox with softmod installer deluxe (newest version). I was in the menu, and i backed up eeprom, c drive, but when I tried backing up ms dash it was saying couldn't find ms dash, or patch it. (something along those lines). I then proceeded to turning off xbox, and when xbox reloads/turned on, it loads error 13 with green words in different languages saying xbox needs service. It will still read games right away, and start them though (put in splintercell, and it loads it, and allows me to go to the softmod installer menu). But how do I restore/fix problem if there was never a msdash backup made, or softmod installed? Would putting in halo 2 update the xbox and fix problem? I also tried burning auto installer deluxe disc, but it will not read that, only games. The xbox dash/ kernel versions are: Kernel 1.00.4034.01 Version 0.39.022a build 572 unleash x (according to the softmod installer when I go to look at harddrive)

White bump like stuff on/ in my vagina?
I was checking everything "downstairs" and I noticed the opening of my vagina and going into my vagina are a white color, like someone bleached it, there are like little bumps, I tried to pop them, they arnt like zits though, but I couldn't feel it. Why does the Battery keep dying?

My Nikon Coolpix S230 won't transfer pictures?
Everytime I go to transfer pictures from my camera, I run into this problem. Nikon Transfer will pull up successfully and find my camera. However, no matter how long it is left sitting there, pictures will not show up to select and download. I have tried transferring from My Computer, but that didn't work either because it wouldn't allow me to explore the folder. I also have no card reader slot, which works just fine on a laptop. I thought it might be too many pictures on my memory card (about 1000), so i deleted about 200 and changed the auto off feature to 30 minutes, but that didn't work either because my camera disappeared off of the sources menu. I would also think that the program shouldn't be affected by this. Help?!?
