Skin problems.HELP!!!?

i get a small dry rash on the side of my face every time i wash my face or touch latex. i am allergic to latex. every time i get this rash it gets bigger and bigger. Also the medicine i used the time before to get rid of it does not work anymore. so far, i have used Wal-dryl anti itch cream, Vaseline, Proactive oil free moisture, Cortizone 10, Mupirocin (perscribed) Eucerine calming cream, Estee Lauder Hydrationist, and estee lauder resilience lift extreem. everytime i go to the doctors they tell me its eczma, and perscibe corizone 10 or mupirocin. I cant afford a dermitoligist and my insurance does not cover it. it does not itch it just gets very dry and uncomfortable. i have it all over my face all the time but on the right or left side on my lips it gets the worst. i have some acne that i cant get rid of because everytime i wash my face i get a new rash. i am a 14 year old girl and ive had this problem my entire life but the past 3 or 4 years its been the worst. it makes me feel unsure about myself and it lowers my self esteem. i just dont know what to do anymore! if you have any idea what this might be, please comment! or if u have any idea how to treat this, please comment! thank you.
