Outfits for this season and summer?

I have been recently trying to change my style into a more mature look. I'm 16 and I like stores like Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, Wet Seal, H&M, and Rue 21. Only problem is I'm from Canada and most of those stores I have to pay loads for shipping. Could anyone put a couple outfits together from these stores which are average price?
