How can i beat this ticket?

I was issued a 39-4:123 last night in NJ (illegal left turn) I looked online the ticket is 3 points. If i plead guilty then my insurance will be thru the roof and ill probably be dropped ( I am a 17 yr old guy) Ive had my license for about 8 months was never stopped, and never issued a warning, I got pulled over at 12:30 and the curfew is 11. officer did not mention this and did not report any restrictions on my ticket. I live on the street i commited the violation on so i cannot say i did not know it was an illegal turn, fact is there was not any car on the road and i didnt go up to the traffic light. Ive done this for a while and never been caught, until now. If i do plead guilty when would this affect my insurance? If i plead not guilty how can i win, and if i lose what are the penalties?
