White bump like stuff on/ in my vagina?

I was checking everything "downstairs" and I noticed the opening of my vagina and going into my vagina are a white color, like someone bleached it, there are like little bumps, I tried to pop them, they arnt like zits though, but I couldn't feel it. Like it was numbed. It never popped, and the white skin just came off and it started bleeding, I was rapped so I think it could possibly be scar tissue. But I'm really concerned. It doesn't itch or burn or anything of that matter. I'm scared of this, I have also had a discharge, that just randomly comes through out the day, about twice I'd say. I kinda feel like I have to pee through out the day, but I can never just go, please if you have any idea or suggestion of what's going on please let me know, I don't have insurance so I can't just go ask a doctor and get it checked out.
