Grand theft auto IV nudity and sex?

my mom said that the game had extreme sex for my age 13 bout 14 ive played saints row 2 ran around naked and saw the Mexican lady doing it in red dead redemption and on mafia 2 the play boys and many more and movies and stuff does gta really have that much sex ?? i mean omg lol ty
