Is there a public computer lab center in charlotte nc?

I need to find a publi computer lab/business center type place..my computer is shot and I need to get access to some resources fast. I thought I saw one in charlotte I just can't remember. I think you may have to sign up for a membership..kind of like a fitness place or something.
