Easy songs to play on guitar?

I prefere to use chords - I find them easier, I know a few chords aswell, I can play Its All In Your Hands, by framing hanley, I just dont know the strumming pattern, so does anyone know any easy songs to play on guitar, I find it easier to play songs by bands I like, some bands I like are Framing Hanley, Good Charlotte, CObra Starship, Transmit Now, Francesqa ect. So if anyone knows any easy songs to play on guitar by them then thanks :) xx
