O2mdg.sys, Blue screen of death!?

I got a fatal blue screen on my WIN7 OS displaying o2mdg.sys error with a memory dump status and auto restarted my laptop. Sometimes it works fine after restart other times the system just gets very slow and the PC sound is long and draggy. Any idea or solution to remove O2mdg.sys? Or what should I do to my laptop?
