Is this a car buying scam?

HUGE fraud. There are many people that try to do this, and try to make u feel bad about their 'fake' sad stories. Anything on craigslist that they say needs to be shipped, DO NOT TRUST THEM. They tried to scam my family. Don't do it!!!!!
