Does it offend you to be asked your religion when you go to the hospital?

It doesn't offend me, I was offended when the last time I was in the hospital and was asked my religion I said Atheist and the nurse who was on duty and taking my information told me that I was incorrect and that no one is an atheist and she was going to put Catholic down as my religion.
