Can someone suggest some really auto insurance rating brokers or companies?

My current one said 240 a month three weeks ago and now its 300 after I paid my first cheque and signed up. Petley Hare - they are crooks and liars. I just want to dump them and get another forget about the money - just use a months worth and get rid of them liars and crooks.
